Bruce Springsteen Critiques Donald Trump Once Again #
Bruce Springsteen has once more expressed his discontent with Donald Trump following recent protests against the U.S. president.
Springsteen’s Powerful Remarks #
While performing at the screening of the biopic Springsteen: Deliver From Nowhere at the AFI Fest, Springsteen didn’t hold back in his criticism of Trump. “Outside, chaos reigns in the United States,” he declared. “For 250 years, despite our flaws, the United States has symbolized liberty, democracy, hope, and freedom around the world.”
He elaborated, “Throughout my 50 years as a musical ambassador for America, I’ve personally witnessed the deep love and admiration that people globally have for the ideals of our great nation.”

Unity and Resistance Against Adversity #
“Even though America has faced significant damage recently, our country and those ideals are still worth fighting for. I send this as a prayer for America and for our unity—No Kings,” he added. The No Kings alliance organized a nationwide protest against Trump, including a significant event in New York last weekend, advocating that “America belongs to the people, and we must remain vigilant, united, and continue to resist.”
Springsteen’s remarks add to his long-standing feud with the president. Just last month, he called for Trump’s impeachment, insisting he should be “consigned to the trash heap of history.”
Earlier this year, Trump labeled Springsteen “highly overrated” after the artist condemned his administration’s “corruption” and “incompetence” during a performance in Manchester. The president even shared a meme depicting him striking Springsteen with a golf ball.
In May, Springsteen’s anti-Trump speeches from Manchester were included in a new live EP titled ‘Land Of Hope And Dreams’. The president reacted shortly after, stating: “I see that highly overrated Bruce Springsteen goes to a foreign country to speak poorly of the president of the United States. Never liked him, never liked his music or his radical left politics, and importantly, he’s not a talented individual—just a pushy, obnoxious JERK.” He also called for a “major investigation” into Springsteen and other artists supporting Kamala Harris.
During the summer, The Boss condemned Trump’s “disgusting” ICE raids and immigration policies, labeling the president as a “moron,” and later described Trump’s potential return to power as an “American tragedy.”
As Springsteen: Deliver From Nowhere premieres in cinemas today (October 24), Newzikradio gave it a four-star review, stating: “What Deliver Me From Nowhere effectively portrays is how commercial success was a distant second to Springsteen—a man compelled to extract those ‘Nebraska’ songs from his wounded heart.”
In a recent interview with Newzikradio, Jeremy Allen White, who plays Springsteen in the biopic, shared a memorable moment: “The first time I recorded ‘Nebraska’ while really singing on set…I knew Bruce was there that day, but I wanted to avoid seeing him before filming. Afterward, he located me, looked into my eyes, hugged me, and that gave me the confidence to finish the film.”
