70,000 Fans in Attendance #
On Sunday night, October 5, the music icon delivered an electrifying 90-minute performance to a crowd of 70,000 fans following the Formula One race. The set featured many of his greatest hits from an illustrious career.
This concert marked two years since the finale of his ‘Farewell Yellow Brick Road’ tour, which concluded with an emotional performance in Stockholm, Sweden during the summer of 2023.

“Singapore, you were electric!” John expressed on Instagram after the concert. “It was incredible being with over 70,000 of you—thank you for such a fantastic atmosphere.”

Elton has previously mentioned the possibility of performing “the odd show” after retiring from touring. Recently, he played at the 50th annual Candlelight Concert in the U.S. last December and participated in the opening of the Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center in the summer. Additionally, in 2023, he performed at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ceremony while honoring his longtime collaborator, Bernie Taupin.
The final headline performance in the UK for Sir Elton occurred in June 2023, where he delivered a remarkable set at the Pyramid Stage during the Glastonbury Festival. The event was awarded five stars by Newzikradio, which described it as “a Glasto set for the ages from a true all-time great.”
In April, he released a new collaborative album titled ‘Who Believes In Angels?’ with Brandi Carlile, featuring the Oscar-nominated track ‘Never Too Late’, created specifically for the Disney+ documentary sharing the same name.
Recently, Elton revealed he repurposed his kneecaps into jewelry and made a brief cameo appearance in the sequel film Spinal Tap 2: The End Continues. He also joined fellow artists in urging Keir Starmer to safeguard the work of creatives against the rising threats posed by AI and copyright infringement.
